I saw an item in the store yesterday. Can you see if it’s still available?
The employees who answer our phones are unable to leave the Customer Service Area to check on an item of interest. It’s best to come in and check for yourself.
Can you hold an item for me?
No, we do not hold items for people.
Can I pay for an item over the phone with my credit card?
Although we do accept credit cards in the shop, we do not accept any type of payment over the phone.
Can I support the shop through AmazonSmile?
Yes! Go to the drop-down menu under “Account & Lists” and choose “Your AmazonSmile”. From there you can choose to support Ann Arbor PTO Thrift Shop! Don’t forget to bookmark AmazonSmile so every purchase you make will support us. Purchases made through Amazon instead of AmazonSmile, do not support the charity you’ve chosen.
Can I volunteer to help at the shop?
Absolutely! The successful operation of the shop relies on the dedicated work of volunteers. Whether you’re looking to volunteer a few hours or want to set up a regular schedule, we are always in need of volunteers to help with sorting donated merchandise and tagging it for sale.
